Cookie policy
This policy explains which storage technologies Suviard uses, what data they store on your device and how you can manage them. This information is provided in compliance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI and Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that websites install in your browser to store information about your visit. localStorage and sessionStorage are equivalent mechanisms, managed entirely by the browser, with no additional network traffic.
2. What cookies or storage does Suviard use?
This site does not use its own HTTP cookies. All persistence is handled through the browser's local storage, which is described in this same table.
3. Audience measurement
Suviard measures how many people visit the site and which pages they view. To do so, it uses Umami, an analytics tool that we host on our own servers: the data is not sent to any external provider, is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.
This measurement does not use cookies and does not store any information of any kind on your device: no cookies, no localStorage and no persistent identifiers. For that reason it does not appear in the tables in the previous section, which list only what is actually stored in your browser.
The data recorded for each visit is:
- the page visited and the referring page, if any;
- the country, inferred from the IP address — which is not stored —;
- the browser, operating system, device type and screen size;
- the language set in the browser.
In order to tell different visits apart without identifying anyone, the tool generates an encrypted value on the server from technical data in the request. That value is renewed every day and does not make it possible to recognise the same person from one day to the next, to link them to their Suviard account or to reconstruct their browsing across websites. No profile is built.
Suviard does not include advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or others) or third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics. If they were added in the future, this policy would be updated and your consent would be requested again through the cookie banner.
4. How to manage your preferences
You can review and change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Manage cookies" button in the footer or directly from this .
Current status of your consent: You haven't chosen your preferences yet.
5. How to disable cookies in your browser
In addition to our tools, you can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. See your browser's official help for the specific steps (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Site from working properly (for example, you will not be able to stay logged in).
