It works for everything. If your query is one of these, putting it in the subject line saves us an email back and forth:
- Shop order. Include the order number or the email address you used to place it. Shipping and return times are in the legal notice.
- Problem with the app. Tell us your phone model and operating system: half of all bugs depend on that.
- A route that shouldn't be published. Send us the link. It's reviewed by hand, and removed if need be.
- Route data that doesn't add up. We want to know: a track's elevation gain can be inflated by a poor GPS signal, and having it reported helps us spot it.
Data protection
To access, rectify or erase your data, or to object to its processing, there's a dedicated form at exercise my rights. It goes straight to the right place and records the date, which is what matters if the response deadline later has to be proven.

Social media
We're on Instagram and TikTok. They're good places to find out what's new, but please don't use them to report issues: direct messages get lost and leave no record. For that, use email.
